I had an amazing time meeting Chef Denise and her team. Everybody was so nice! We had some wine, talked, laughed, made some delicious chicken katsu and pickled vegetables. These classes are for any level chef, even if you are classically trained and have 20 years experience in the industry like me you will learn something. Chef Denise goes into great detail to show techniques and is very hands on. I can’t say enough not say enough good things! Love 💕!
